Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Specialist to join the Digital Team in our Perth office! In this role, you will be responsible for setup, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of our ERP digital solution. Your passion to lead a team, build internal stakeholder and external vendor relationships will be key in driving business outcomes and solutions.

Your focus will include:
- Supporting conversion of estimate data into the cost system (VisionCPM)
- Supporting integration of Project Controls data from operations
- Providing system training and support to Cost Control users
- Work collaboratively with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements
- Assist Project teams to identify and recommend solutions
- Liaise with Head Office team in Milan to identify system improvements
- Maintain and update system and training documentation.
- Conduct performance, security audits and system reviews as required
- Provision of end user training across Webuild Project Controls Applications
- Adherence and implementation of IT procedures
- Provision of support, including update and management of IT Service Management system
- Responsible for working with Project teams to design, producing reports and managing the BI reports
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline or equivalent ERP experience
- 5+ year function management experience in Project Controls or Cost Control discipline
- Experience in working with business users and documenting business requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a project environment and/or exposure in cost management, planning and progress monitoring function.
- Ability to build strong relationships through engagement with customers, colleagues, and other key stakeholders
- Excellent proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Power BI would be highly regarded.
- Experience in IT change management and managing incidents
