Level 1 Support Technician

We are searching for a Level 1 Support Technician to join our head office in Tingalpa.

What you will do: 

• Be first point of contact for our clients providing exceptional customer service and technical support. 
  
• Resolve hardware, software and network issues promptly and efficiently. 
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely solutions and ensuring minimal downtime. 
• Communicate effectively with clients - providing a seamless experience from beginning to end. 
• Collaborate with Level 2 & 3 Support Technicians. 
• Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, resolutions and client interactions. 

What you will bring: 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware, and common software applications.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
