What you will do:
- Be first point of contact for our clients providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Resolve hardware, software and network issues promptly and efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely solutions and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Communicate effectively with clients - providing a seamless experience from beginning to end.
- Collaborate with Level 2 & 3 Support Technicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, resolutions and client interactions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware, and common software applications.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
