This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with hybrid flexibility after the training period. Our client is looking for long term employees who will contribute to company growth. Your responsibilities will include;Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of facility management including repairs and renovations
Monitoring progress and setting deadlines
Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates
Acting as the primary contact for facility related issues
Confirming the closure of the works completed are as expected
Maintaining and uploading all necessary documentation relating to the maintenance project being undertaken
Developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules based on urgency and resource availability, whilst working within set time frames What’s on Offer?A competitive salary$15K vehicle allowance
