A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.What you'll be doingThe objective of the Project Coordinator role is to be accountable for supporting the Program Manager, focusing on tasks and tactical activities, and ensuring projects remain on schedule, stay within budget and meet their goals.You'll also manage various team and project management activities ranging from organising meetings, taking minutes, project reporting and following up on various project related tasks, including:
- Support the Program Manager in efficient and effective operations of the Customer, Commercial and Corporate IT Transformation portfolio
- Work with the Project Managers within the portfolio to ensure that project frameworks are up to date and reflective of each projects progress
- Create, review and maintain weekly project status reports, manage MS Project Online weekly updates and support PDO projects on status and reporting
- Work with the Project Leadership team ensuring all key milestones within the schedule are tracked and met
- Lead, moderate and participate in project related meetings; daily project leadership stand-ups; risk, issue and decision register review and weekly meetings and workshops
- Have prior experience as a Project Coordinator (essential)
- Understanding of fundamental principles involved in IT Project development and delivery
- Experience creating presentations using MS PowerPoint for multiple audiences and Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and other MS applications
- Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
- Have proven ability to building strong relationships to drive a positive working culture
