Are you prepared to wield real influence within the monumental Western Renewables Link Project (WRL)? This groundbreaking endeavor stands as the largest transmission build in over three decades, a vital conduit poised to channel renewable energy from western Victoria's abundant wind and solar farms to power homes across the state and the National Electricity Market.

As a Project Coordinator within our dynamic Project Management Office, you'll be the linchpin supporting reporting and governance functions across all project streams.

With a 3/2 Hybrid split Office / WFH , this role is based in Melbourne CBD and is part of the Western Renewables Link project team, Development & Future Networks team.

This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Coordinate reporting and project plans, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
• Develop workflows, provide administrative support, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Adapt to workload fluctuations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and mitigate risks.
• Promote a safety-first culture and contribute to safety targets.
• Perform additional duties as required

You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:

• Previous project coordination and administration experience advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and commercially aware.
• Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
• Able to manage workload and track project requirements effectively.
