Are you prepared to wield real influence within the monumental Western Renewables Link Project (WRL)? As a Project Coordinator within our dynamic Project Management Office, you'll be the linchpin supporting reporting and governance functions across all project streams.

With a 3/2 Hybrid split Office / WFH , this role is based in Melbourne CBD and is part of the Western Renewables Link project team, Development & Future Networks team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Coordinate reporting and project plans, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
- Develop workflows, provide administrative support, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Adapt to workload fluctuations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement and mitigate risks.
- Promote a safety-first culture and contribute to safety targets.
- Perform additional duties as required
You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
- Previous project coordination and administration experience advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and commercially aware.
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
- Able to manage workload and track project requirements effectively.
