Role
The relevant role will involve working across a large scale government project just outside of Geelong. This role would be a 3-month contract and will involve responsibilities such as:
- Constant communication with relevant stakeholders and subcontractors
- Identifying and closing out defects
- Ensuring project milestones and timelines are being hit
- Preparing all relevant site documentation
Requirements
- Project Coordinator experience for Commercial Head-Contractor
- Experience dealing with and closing out defects
- Cheops experience favourable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability immediately or on short notice
