THE ROLE

An exciting new opportunity exists at a leading commercial furniture manufacturing and supply company for a Project Coordinator

Zenith are recruiting for a skilled, highly organised Project Coordinator to oversee the Project Delivery process. This role is focused on maintaining strong client relationships that build customer advocacy and new business opportunities. As support to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator role is perfect for a well organised all-rounder. You will ensure that purchase orders are raised, and any variations are recorded within the CRM. Carry out small deliveries to the service site as required. File and Maintain project files, and generally ensure that all contractual requirements are met, including all Quality, Environment, Health and Safety standards.

The position will be based at Zenith’s stunning ACT showroom and is accessible by multiple forms of transport. This dynamic role offers career progression and a fun supportive environment. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES

Reporting to the ACT Manager, the key accountability of the Project Coordinator is to support the Project Management team to successfully facilitate the delivery of commercial furniture projects within the agreed timeframes. You will assist in monitoring, reporting and remediating any issues that are required to fulfill the project, including scheduling and overseeing installations, interstate and local transport, site inspections and final defect inspections.

To meet this, some of your duties will include:

  • Enhance customer and company business relationships by responding to and resolving service issues raised by customers and assessing for any opportunity for improvement.
  • Carry out small deliveries to service sites as required.
  • Delivery and collection of sample products for clients.
  • Aid project managers as required.
  • Monthly forecasting and invoicing.
  • Management of storage facility. Ensure facility is kept clean and tidy and maintained within company workplace Health & Safety requirements.
  • Ensure all relevant data is entered in the CRM.
  • Occasionally attend networking functions and events with the view of building stronger business relationships and opportunities.
  • Perform other tasks as requested.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent (written & verbal) communication skills.
  • Client-focused with the ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients and partners.
  • Excellent relationship builder.
  • Superior time management and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Pronto preferred but not essential.
  • Previous Project Coordination skills in a similar industry an advantage.
