For over 40 years Chandler Macleod’s recruitment business has connected leading-edge projects and employers with outstanding business professionals.Our client is seeking to engage an APS4 Project Coordinator.Location: Canberra, ACTContract Length: 12 monthsPay rate:$43.82/Hourly (excluding super)Eligibility/Security Requirement: Applicants Must be an Australian Citizen and either hold or be willing to obtain a Baseline security clearance.About the RoleThe Project Coordinator is to assist and work closely with the ICT Integrity Transformation Delivery Branch.Duties:

• Provide administrative support to ICT Integrity Transformation Delivery Branch
• Support Branch governance, organizing meetings and maintaining decision & action logs.
• Support the Branch with onboarding and off-boarding tasks.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and professional manner.
• Work proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate experience in projects, PMO or business administration.
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment.
