- You will regularly liaise with customers to provide excellent service with respect to quote preparation, installation, commissioning, training, and handover documentation
- Also, you will collaborate with our internal engineering team and local sales teams to ensure the implementation of initiatives, changes to work practices and continuous improvement efforts
- Furthermore, you will ensure contractors and service technicians have the appropriate knowledge, equipment, training and licenses to carry out their work safely
- In addition, you will provide leadership to solve customer issues in emergencies
What makes you great- You have a technical or trade background and more than 3-5 years + experience in a relevant industry OR prior experience in project management in a relevant industry
- Experience supervising workers in a technical environment, is required
- As well as the ability to effectively collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong leadership and communication capability, is needed in this role
