Access theKey Outcomes and AccountabilitiesThe aim of this role is to:
- Apply your project skills and knowledge to various projects, from scoping and planning to delivery and evaluation in the L&OD space.
- Coordinate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders on all learning project activities including, meetings with internal and external stakeholders, developing, gathering and collating project-related content, ensure project timelines and milestones are on track whilst working closely with team members accountable.
- Work with subject matter experts, project leads and stakeholders, to support project delivery to ensure momentum and milestones are achieved.
- Support with the planning of procurement activities and the end-to-end administration and complete the related documentation while working closely with the L&OD Manager, the internal procurement team and HR Divisions' executive officer.
- Monitor and escalate emerging issues in a timely manner, oversee the maintenance of project register/s and records of stakeholder agreements.
- Design and develop processes, tools (documentation) and resources to support efficient and effective project processes.
- Coordinate and monitor project milestones using the Microsoft Planner app.
- Monitor, evaluate and develop a project reporting dashboard and regularly report to the L&OD Manager and Chief Human Resource Officer.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks/ processes with deadline and limited supervision
- Experience working as a Learning and Development Specialist or Consultant is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to work with many stakeholders and juggle multiple competing priorities.
- High level of oral and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and methodologies, agile is highly desirable.
