About the Role
Masscon are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/ Administrator to provide support to Project management team, reporting to the Construction manager. You will learn from the best in the business and be a part of a property development group that are looking to grow their team due to a rapid expansion in their pipeline of projects.
You will be responsible for managing the complete Project Coordination and Administration processes involved in the multi-residential construction project sites.
To succeed in this role, you must be a good listener, who wants to step up and take on more responsibility. You must be proactive, a forward thinker, have an excellent can-do attitude and understand our vision and work to deliver that through design and approvals.

The Key Duties
This role is ideally suited to a building and construction professional with 2 or more years experience in residential developments/projects.
- Site administration: Organize progress review meetings, issue minutes, maintain and control the project documents
- On-site design coordination: Act as a desing manager/ first point of contact for design RFIs, organize Hold Point inspections etc
- Subcontractors coordination – Organize Kick-off meetings, issue the instructions/ notices, assess cost and time implications, follow up for inspections, compliance certificates etc
- Suppliers coordination for deliveries, returns, invoices/credit assessments
- Liase with authorities for approvals and work permits
- Maintain compliant project record documentation
- Participate in the creation of new systems and practices for improved efficiency.
This role is ideally suited to a candidate that is looking for a challenge and is ready to be accountable for their role in the business.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
- well versed with all MS office programs, MSP, Experience using Jobpac/Field View/Teams will be highly regarded but not essential
- Integrity, honesty and high ethical standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, driven and have initiative
- Strategic analytical and systems thinking approach to problem solving
- Excellent attention to detail
- You must be highly organized and possess the ability to priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
