About the role Main tasks: The primary function of your role is to support the sales and project team. Other tasks:
Represent the business as the first point of contact on the showroom floor
Manage customer enquiries over the phone, via email, and face-to-face
Support the team with administration and project tasks
Assist in the creation and submission of tenders
Offer ad hoc help to team members and external partners like architects and designers
Report on project progress and results to management.

What you must have to apply for this role:
Experience working with building or architectural products, ideally in a retail or showroom environment
An interest in the sector, plus a desire to learn & develop a successful career
Skills in communicating with different customer types, colleagues, & stakeholders
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
Experience in the lighting industry
Familiarity with sales, customer service, administration, or project support
