About this Opportunity
We currently have a vacancy for a Project Engineer / Coordinator based in Adelaide. Our modern Headquarters are located at Wingfield, and we are seeking a bright and energetic team player who thrives on problem solving and keeping projects moving.
This pivotal role will be responsible for:
- Driving project orders through to complete delivery.
- Coordinating activities across all departments and working with suppliers to fulfil delivery requirements.
- Product compliance in accordance with applicable Australian Standards.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with customer specifications.
- Project Documentation (ITP, MDR)
- Delivery, planning and scheduling multiple projects at any given time.
- Bespoke manufacturing – vendor coordination
- Building & maintaining close customer relationships, providing regular communication on project schedules to all key stakeholders.
- Coordinating 3rd party inspections to support project requirements.
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing & testing environment.
- Demonstrated project experience and able to effectively delegate and lead projects from conception to delivery, on time.
- High level of experience in project estimating.
- Able to read and interpret product specifications in conjunction with relevant Australian Standard to fulfil customer objectives.
- Strong awareness of ISO9001 and product standards, certification, and accreditation schemes.

- Relevant tertiary qualification (technical)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly process driven and delivering best-in-class outcomes.
- Technical drawings and specifications
- (Desirable – CAD design (2D/3D) experience-SolidWorks)
Salary for this role will be negotiated in line with skills and experience.
