About the Role

Working within the JP9101 Support Services team (approx. $1 billion value 10-year project, to deliver Australia’s Defence High Frequency Communications System next-generation upgrade), you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the management function of the Support Services team within the project.

 

Reporting to the Deputy Support Services Manager you will use your initiative to resolve problems and bring your extensive administration experience to undertake duties such as:

 

  • Minute taking and creating meeting agendas
  • Travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings/events
  • Prepare and file documentation, reports and records to ensure accuracy

 

This role is based in Keswick, South Australia with some WFH options.

 

About You

You will bring your demonstrated administration and coordination experience to this projects team, to play a key role in keeping tasks on track. You will have an outstanding ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and the drive the continually suggest improvements to processes for efficiency.

 

You will have strong computer skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be passionate about the projects environment.

 

To be successful, you will have:

 

  • Active Defence Security Clearance (or Australian citizenship with ability to obtain / maintain Clearance)
  • Previous administration experience in a similar role
  • Defence industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
