The Project Officer reports to the Manager of the Financial Accounting Reconciliation Team and is tasked with drafting policies and procedures, requiring strong documentation skills.
Key qualifications include:
Proficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate or advanced level
Desirable knowledge of Salesforce
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating procedures, FAQs, training guides, and web content
