This is a full-time role for a Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for liaising with managers and clients to define project requirements, scope and objectives, coordinate internal and external resources, analyse and when necessary, adapt scope or timelines to achieve results, assign roles and task to team members and achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager your day-to-day tasks will include: site coordination including measurements, delivery and install schedules, liaison with client in relation to program of work, resources allocation to achieve scheduled programs, overseeing installation team and safety methodology on site, serve as point of communication between company and clients.

Ensuring planning, procurement, resources and quality assurance is achieving desired outcomes.
Essential:
Proven working experience in commercial joinery or/and shopfitting industry
Solid technical background with ability to work autonomously on multiple tasks under time pressure
Good understanding of technical drawings and construction principles across fit-out sectors
Strong computer skills (MS Suite, Oracle)
Exceptional time management and prioritizing skills
