Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support and coordination to the Senior Project Manager.
- Where required, provide support to the Project Director, and project team to help achieve project delivery, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Follow up actions with various stakeholders to ensure activities will be delivered within the timeframe outlined by the project manager, escalate as appropriate.
- Manage administrative tasks and accurate reporting related to project status, costs, resources, scheduling, and forecasting as required.
- Maintain, monitor, and update project plans, project schedules, and project documents to ensure tracking, status, and versions, or as directed.
- Maintain project risks and issues register, proactively communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies in an effective and collaborative manner.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Organising, attend, and support in stakeholder meetings e.g. project and steering committee meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Determining project changes and assist with eliminating blockers.
- Providing project tasks and administrative support as needed.
- Ensuring project documentation are maintained appropriately.
- Manage and maintain project artefacts such as absence calendar, project planner, status reports etc.
- Champion the project ways of working defined by the Senior Project Manager
- Minimum 3-5 years Project Coordinator experience or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in either HCM or ERP implementation project.
- Experience in complex coordination, planning and reporting.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Advanced computer skills.
- High level organisation and time management skills.
- Familiar with project management methodology and governance.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) is desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in change or project management
