Job description – Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, you will build meaningful relationships with suppliers Internationally and manage quality control processes between the business and their suppliers.

In this Project Coordinator role, you will play a core role in building strategic international partnerships with reputable suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.

Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin is essential.

Job responsibilities – Project Coordinator
In this Project Coordinator role, your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing construction projects from start to finish
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key suppliers in China
• Maintaining accurate project documentation
• Collaborating with suppliers ensuring all products meet high-quality standards
• Coordinating with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of supplied materials
• Problem-solving any issues that arise with suppliers

Job Requirements – Project Coordinator

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject (e.g Construction, Architecture & Design, Construction Engineering etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Mandarin)
• Great relationship-building skills and stakeholder management
• Strong attention to detail
• Very organised
• The ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines
