You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Product Operations and Projects Management team, helping to bring our innovative learning products to life across the TGE Australia Group.As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin in ensuring the smooth execution of our product development projects. From managing budgets and timelines to coordinating teams, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to design, develop, and roll out Hybrid, Blended, and Online (HBO) products that redefine education.Your responsibilities will include overseeing project management and tracking processes. As well as handling administrative tasks like timesheet management and project cost administration.If you're ready to take on a dynamic role where no two days are the same, join us as a Project Coordinator and be part of shaping the future of education!Day-to-day accountabilities:Support product development through account management, project coordination, stakeholder liaison, budget management, and effective communication.Support account management for product development across verticals, fostering positive client relationships.Assist in project management for Hybrid, Blended, and Online (HBO) product development, aligning with the Product Strategy.Coordinate recruitment, contracting, and management of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and vendors as needed.Plan, document, and track project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables.Report project progress with status updates and manage dependencies and risks.Schedule and lead stakeholder meetings related to projects and product development.Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and Product Innovation team members.Collaborate with the Product Innovation team to ensure high-quality learning experiences and digital media for products.To read more about the role please click here toThis is a full-time permanent position with flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work remotely and from a campus near you.Who you areYou are a highly qualified, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional with a knack for project coordination and effective communication. Your leadership skills, problem-solving prowess, and industry experience make you an invaluable asset to our team.Holds a tertiary qualification or higher in a relevant field.Demonstrates project coordination experience within higher education.Excels under pressure, adapting to dynamic project environments to meet deadlines.Able to work with a diverse range of personalities.Possesses a strong grasp of scope management and task prioritisation.Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to quality.Proven ability in confident client communication, influencing, and precise documentation.Displays well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills, driving team members and stakeholders.Experienced in identifying and resolving issues in unstructured environments.Thrives in teams of varying sizes and capabilities.Boasts excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Embraces challenges with a proactive "can do" attitude.​Desirable:Experience in project managing course rollouts and familiarity with the education industry, particularly online learning.Experience working with Monday.comWhy join us?
