AddressBE Steel Fixing is currently seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the excellence and efficiency of our steel reinforcement projects across Australia's eastern states.

Position: Project Coordinator
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per annum
Locations:Qld and NSW
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues before they impact deadlines or budgets.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
- Travel to various sites within the eastern states to oversee project execution and ensure standards are met.
Requirements:
- Proven 2+ years’ experience in project coordination within the construction and steel fixing industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, especially in steel reinforcement.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spoken English is essential, as it will be key in facilitating communications with some of our project teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed to ensure project success.
