Our client is seeking an exceptional Project Coordinator to be the backbone of their office operations, assisting directors while supervising onsite to ensure seamless project management.Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Directors, providing critical support and coordination.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Oversee onsite activities, liaising with tradespeople, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications and schedules.
- Your carpentry background will provide invaluable insight into custom builds.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, procurement specialist, and supervisor in residential construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and trades liaison.
- Hands-on experience in supervisory roles.
- Background in carpentry, demonstrating a keen eye for detail in custom builds and renovations.
- QBCC Licence.
