Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Sydney, Woollahra (flexible WFH arrangements)
Hours: Ideally 15-25 hrs per week.

Established in Sydney in 2018, SHELTER is an Australian luxury lifestyle brand that blends a boutique fitness studio, spa, and juicery. Expanding in 2019 to include additional fitness facilities, and launching the SHELTER AT HOME digital platform in 2020. The brand operates from its flagship location in Double Bay, Sydney. SHELTER continues to innovate in the health and wellness space with continued evolution, adapting and remaining at the forefront of the space.
Commence:
- Immediate.
Key Responsibilities and skills:
- Working alongside CEO as the brand develops new ventures into the existing space.
- Adapting to a broad range of tasks and projects.
- Managing people in the organisation alongside senior team members to ensure efficacy.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Detail oriented.
Ideal software skillset:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Suite.
Other:
- NSW driver’s licence.
- Flexibility to work from home and our Woollahra office as needed (like 2 days WFH, 1 day in office).
- Professional references on request.
