ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to expansion, a new opportunity exists for a Project Data Analyst to join the Business Systems and Project Delivery business team - immediate start. This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week with some flexibility in hours required.
We have a specific need to support several high value clients with developing and maintaining operational and KPI reporting. This position will work with key internal stakeholders to ensure our operation teams are able to identify compliance with contractual timeframes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
This is a great career move for a dynamic individual who has attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for continuous improvement. This position is based in our Perth CBD Head Office in the QV1 building. There is also the opportunity to work from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position contributes to the organisation by:
- Coordinating and developing reports and briefings
- Collating and cleansing health service delivery data from various internal sources
- Manipulating data using Excel - pivot tables, VLookups, IF Functions, Macros
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- High level of computer literacy and knowledge of software applications, databases and systems
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Health, Commerce or a related discipline is highly desirable
- Experience in a similar role that includes manipulation of data to present accurate reports
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form is a necessity
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last three months
