Main duties
Lead and manage the creation of change management tools, artefacts, and schedules to ensure all change management activities are identified, scheduled and managed across the lifecycle of each business implementation.
Provide specialised knowledge of change management practices and approaches in relation to workforce management practices, processes and systems, drive business transformation and successfully deliver to the project’s objectives.
Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to develop change management documentation, materials and presentations necessary to implement, reinforce and sustain transformational change.
Ensure the change management program is delivered according to the agreed
methodologies and lessons learnt from prior implementations.
Essential Criteria
Success and high-level experience in workforce management
transformational change management and leadership within a large
complex organisation-wide project environment.
Experience in the development, documentation, implementation
and evaluation of change management strategies, tools and
artefacts focussed on workforce management transformation.
