What you'll do

• Manage & deliver the transport network change to ensure seamless DC to Store Delivery Service in NSW
• Support National and State teams in managing NSW Network changes, ensuring effective and timely outcomes
• Lead and deliver the NSW Store Delivery & Transport agenda within our Primary Connect Network transformation strategy
• Collaborate closely with Transport, PMO, DC and 3PL teams to ensure seamless daily Store Delivery operations.
• Identify project/network change risks and develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Act as a PMO for Transport scope, actively representing the Store Delivery team in relevant forums and meetings.
• Promote and maintain a high safety standard and a healthy work environment.

What you'll bring

• Success in leading & delivering end-to-end complex projects / programs at a large scale, ideally in Transport / Supply Chain / FMCG / Manufacturing
• Experience in managing operational changes, service program delivery & CI implementation including cost management & projet budgets
• Comprehensive understanding of transport operations
• Success leading cross functional teams & influencing various levels of stakeholders
