- Manage & deliver the transport network change to ensure seamless DC to Store Delivery Service in NSW
- Support National and State teams in managing NSW Network changes, ensuring effective and timely outcomes
- Lead and deliver the NSW Store Delivery & Transport agenda within our Primary Connect Network transformation strategy
- Collaborate closely with Transport, PMO, DC and 3PL teams to ensure seamless daily Store Delivery operations.
- Identify project/network change risks and develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Act as a PMO for Transport scope, actively representing the Store Delivery team in relevant forums and meetings.
- Promote and maintain a high safety standard and a healthy work environment.
- Success in leading & delivering end-to-end complex projects / programs at a large scale, ideally in Transport / Supply Chain / FMCG / Manufacturing
- Experience in managing operational changes, service program delivery & CI implementation including cost management & projet budgets
- Comprehensive understanding of transport operations
- Success leading cross functional teams & influencing various levels of stakeholders
