As this Department continues to grow and expands their operations, Eden Ritchie is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their team as the Project Director of HRBI.
Position Overview:
The Project Director of HRBI is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organisation's technology infrastructure, systems, and reporting. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, security, and alignment of technology solutions with business goals, particularly in the areas of human resources and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and implementation of technology initiatives related to HRBI, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the management and optimisation of technology infrastructure, systems, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to identify and prioritise technology needs and requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HRBI processes and systems, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of HRBI systems and data, adhering to relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role overseeing technology infrastructure, systems, and reporting, with a focus on human resources and business intelligence.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards related to HRBI, data privacy, and security.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is highly regarded.
