Our well established and industry leading client in the building contractor sector are on the lookout for a new Project Engineer due to their continued expansion and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Project Engineer you will report to the Project Manger on site and work closely with the Site Manager. You will help manage site works that include, design, quality, documentation, and EH&S.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Managing the Quality Assurance systems alongside the Project Manager and Site Manager.
- Managing the Design process including coordination between in house design teams, supplier design teams and client consultants.
- Managing EH&S through the use of the Safety Management Plan by creating and modifying SWMS, communicating safety requirements to the site team.
- Managing the project Documentation to ensure the most current documentation is being used.
- A formal Civil Engineering or Construction qualification.
- 5+ years' experience.
- Previous construction experience in a building or civil environment.
- RMS and B80 experience beneficial.
