Firmly establishing ourselves as market leaders, and in line with our continued growth, we are now seeking a Project Engineer. Our areas of specialisation are commercial, rail, government, heritage, education and prestige residential.
About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and professional Tier 2 company that continues to grow.
Your responsibilities will mirror your previous experience in the following key areas:
- Revision of drawings, with a keen eye for detail
- Daily site inspections, liaising with subcontractors and foremen
- Procurement
- Safe Work Method Statements, revision and approval
- Programming experience
- Ensure all site activities comply to company safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures
- You will be working on various projects across Sydney
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree qualified
- 3+ years' experience, coupled with significant on site experience
- Experience on rail, commercial or civil projects
- Solid structural and precincts/civil experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working in the rail environment is beneficial although not necessary
