We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead and work alongside our team at Raindrops.
The Role
You will be working closely with Head Chef Holly and Manager Mark. Your responsibilities will be the daily operations of the restaurant before and during the service, ensuring the team and venue are always prepared to deliver excellent hospitality. As well as the wine list and cellar, maintaining stock levels during the service.
A passion for genuine hospitality and guest experience is a must, as well as the ability to work alongside and lead our team.
Shifts vary between Monday to Saturday.
Requirements
- Experience in a busy restaurant and working with large groups.
- Tue-Sat availability.
- Previous experience in rostering & wage budgeting.
