Responsibilities:
- To provide consultative advice to property developers and builders on lift types, brands, specifications, quality standards, and installation methods.
- To draft and interpret lift specifications, installation drawings, installation methods and procedures.
- To estimate overall transport and installation costs and undertake cost control.
- To organise, inspect and supervise lift installers on worksite, and work out detailed onsite work schedules and programs.
- To follow up design changes, assess the cost impact, and negotiate design variations.
- To forecast possible future changing passenger and freight flow patterns considering static and dynamic load.
- To train the mechanic team with updated engineering knowledge and technology
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above. Five years of experience may substitute for the qualification requirement.
Experience:
5 years of experience in engineering is required.
