What you will enjoy doing
- You will lead and motivate project teams and contractors in the development and delivery of solutions required to maintain a technological advantage within the industrial gases market
- Promote a safe and incident free work environment through compliance to Linde standards, processes and procedures.
- Your responsibility includes providing engineering and technical development support, ensuring designs and installations comply with statutory NZ/AS and other relevant international regulations and Standards
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure requirements from all business units are considered and included in all project proposals.Lead, mentor and assist in the development of young engineers in the execution of project tasks in line with business objectives
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or other technical qualification in mechanical engineering
- Demonstrates experience in project management and systems.Hold at least 10 years of practical experience in field of “Project Engineering” specifically in a plant environment.
- You come with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Industrial Gases Industry. Aim to achieve accreditation with a national engineering and industry professional body such as Engineers NZ, RPEQ, or Engineers Australia
- Have sound business acumen or qualifications through completion of post grad studies in business management.
