AddressLMS Energy is Australia’s largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a full-time or part-time Project Engineer in Prospect, SA.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Group Manager, Projects where your role will primarily involve coordinating power generation and grid connected battery energy storage projects. The Project Engineer will be responsible for developing projects through various project phases, from concept, feasibility, then Financial Investment Decision through to construction, commissioning and handover. They will be accountable for project budget and expenditure as well as directing and leading multiple team members and contractors to ensure projects schedules are delivered.

Responsibilities:
- Drive development and end-to-end delivery of complex large-scale renewable energy projects
- Interface with other internal business Groups, including Engineering and Commercial to ensure design compliance, timely approvals and project scope are achieved
- Manage and direct multiple contractors simultaneously
- Manage and resolve issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
- Facilitate and participate in Project Review meetings and ensure compliance to standard processes and project deliverables
- Provide support to the Project team by directing and motivating them to meet clear project goals while maintaining a positive environment
- Analyse monthly cost reports and prepare budget forecasts for the Finance Group
- Maintain project schedules, and progress tracking, while reporting on status updates and effectively escalating any major issues promptly to the Senior Management team
- Communicate with various external parties and stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering or similar
- Project Management Certificate or similar
- 5+ years experience in a similar project management job role
- Australian Drivers Licence
