Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and develop project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits based on the scope summary and act as a focal point between Eftech subcontractors and the client regarding the issuance of the SOW.
- Review electrical designs and if discrepancy raise a Technical quire to Client.
- Collaborate with design teams( Eftech subcontractor) to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Identify and procure electrical materials and equipment based on BOM supplied.
- Prepare CTR based on the Scope of work and issue to client on a timely manner.
- Supervise onsite installation of electrical systems.
- Implement quality control procedures.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work meets project standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Monitor and control project budgets.
- Provide regular project updates to clients.
- Lead and mentor electrical project team members.
- Identify and address technical and logistical challenges.
- Prepare and submit reports as required on daily basis.
- Timesheet matrix on the SYNCHRO software for booking actual labour hours ( Initial training will be provided )
- Coordinate project closeout activities along with support of QA onsite.
- Facilitate the handover of completed projects to clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE).
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems specific to oil and gas facilities and well operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members & clients.
