About the role
- Engage in civil engineering tasks while overseeing project management duties, including the creation and execution of project management plans;
- Operate within the parameters of the company's HSE management systems;
- Analyse and interpret engineering drawings effectively;
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement effective risk management strategies;
- Establish project parameters such as scope, schedule, methodology, and budget;
- Develop and obtain approvals for project sequencing and staging plans;
- Maintain accurate cost and production tracking in alignment with project budgets;
- Create and review project documentation, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards; and
- Foster engagement with clients and key stakeholders, managing subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants as needed.
About you
- Possess relevant qualifications in construction-related fields, including engineering and construction management;
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally on TMR projects;
- Demonstrate a commitment to prioritising safety for all project stakeholders;
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills; and
- Demonstrate effective multitasking skills.
