Position:Project Engineer
Location: Perth Metro Area
Commencement: 8th April 2024
Duration: Long-term Opportunity
Pay rates: $100 - $120ph based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to plan and execute projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct site investigations and assessments to gather data and inform project designs.
- Design and implement solutions tailored to meet project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications, in accordance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and success.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and take proactive measures to address any issues or deviations.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, offering guidance and solutions to overcome challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on piling, ground improvement, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in geotechnical design software and analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and work in various environmental conditions.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility preferred.
