Project Engineer - Beilby Windfarm

Our client is a Brisbane based contractor with a long and successful history of delivering critical infrastructure projects throughout Queensland who are now actively recruiting for a Project Engineer to support a newly awarded Windfarm project.

We recruiting for a Project Engineer ideally with experience in delivering Windfarm projects or alternatively projects with a significant bulk earthworks/ heavy civils scope to bolster the team for a recently awarded renewables project. This opportunity represents a chance to further establish yourself as an industry specialist within in the rapidly developing renewables sector.
Consideration for this opportunity will be given to applicants who’s experience closely aligns with the following.

• Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Previous involvement in Wind Farm projects or similar civil infrastructure ventures is advantageous.
• 3 - 5 years of industry experience
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients, and suppliers.
• Monitor construction progress for adherence to the programme.
• Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities.
• Undertake cost, revenue and productivity tracking and reporting functions.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure construction.
• Familiarity with WHS and Environmental legislation and ability to produce Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), understand company Quality procedures and WHS Act
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills
• Current C-Class Driver’s License

Project Conditions

• 11 & 3 DI/DO Roster (drive in day one (1) of your swing, drive out day eleven (11), to be home by 5/ 6pm. This ensures you're home for four (4) nights.
• Accommodation provided.
• 30% uplift plus LAFHA
