The Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and clients to coordinate activities, manage schedules, and ensure project milestones are met.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist in planning, organising, and managing project activities from planning to completion.
- Monitor tenders portals; and prepare tenders and proposals for prospective projects.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, task lists, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Maintain project databases and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Support the project team in administrative tasks and logistical arrangements.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful applicant will possess:
- Experience in Project Coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (project, Excel &Word)
- We will offer training to the successful applicant.
