About the role
We are currently seeking a Building ServicesProject Engineer to join our ever-growing Rail Operations Team based out of Laverton North, VIC.
This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring that the design, construction and maintenance of Building Services systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements.
- Manage and assess the work of contractors monthly services & maintenance.
- Eager to mentor Building Services graduates through the LORA graduate process.
About you
- Can read Civil, Structural, Services layout & schematic drawings to find best practices for planning & delivery.
- Has Experience in civil & structural construction.
- Has experiences in testing & commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Lift services.
- Has experience in budget preparation, cost tracking and reporting.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering
- A sound understanding of general Australian standards and how they are implemented on construction projects
