- lead the charge in project delivery, steering every aspect towards success while ensuring unwavering compliance with regulations and standards.
- Provide invaluable mentorship and technical guidance, empowering your project team to reach new heights of proficiency and excellence.
- Lead and coordinate efforts to improve team performance across all fronts, from profitability and efficiency to fostering harmonious human relations within the team.
- Forge meaningful relationships with stakeholders, including Australia’s First Nations People.
- Conduct monthly assessments and forecasts of project financial performance, ensuring a steady course towards financial prosperity and project success.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients and stakeholders, nurturing bonds built on trust, reliability, and exceptional service.
- Uphold an unwavering commitment to always maintaining a safe work environment, because our team’s safety is non-negotiable.
- 5 years' experience in project management within the civil/construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in financial management.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in Quality, OH&S, and Environmental management systems.
