Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to develop comprehensive Work Method Statements.
- Assist in the preparation of Management Plans and other contractual deliverables.
- Prepare internal and client reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly progress claims, including gathering supporting evidence.
- Actively monitor project activities and track progress in the field.
- Manage procurement processes, including obtaining quotes and issuing purchase orders.
- Review and update project schedules using relevant software.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the demolition or construction industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
