Lendlease Building has a unique opportunity available for a Project Engineer- Finishes to join our high performing project team delivering Lendlease’s Sydney Metro Victoria Cross project.
The project
Lendlease is delivering the Sydney Metro Victoria Cross integrated station development which includes a 40-storey (plus 2-storey rooftop plant) commercial building above the station’s southern entrance and enhancing North Sydney as a thriving commercial, residential and entertainment hub.
The Role:
This role will see you overseeing the construction delivery of building finishes packages as Project Engineer; managing subcontractors and service suppliers, involved in developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
Requirements:
Engineering or construction management qualification
Experience in a similar position on major building projects, preferably from a tier 1-2 main contractor environment, with experience in project managing and delivering finishes / defects packages.
Passion for customer focused outcomes, driving safety, quality and sustainability.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills accompanied by a collaborative nature.
