Form of workCore is working with a reputable Family-owned Civil contractor. Specialising in urban development & land subdivision, road and bridge construction, bulk earthworks, Drainage and Urban Utilities.
Due to being awarded a number of exciting projects Southside Brisbane, they are looking for experienced Project Engineers to bring their civil expertise within the Urban Development/Subdivision sector.
The Role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer, with a good understanding of Subdivisions, Drainage, and Earthworks. You will be coordinating all stages of projects - a true variety of diverse works, collaborating with different clients and inter-departmental teams
About you:
You'll be a qualified Civil Engineer, with a great understanding and experience of civil construction.
- Extensive experience gained within the major civil infrastructure or residential, commercial, and industrial subdivision project space is desirable.
- 7+ Civil years experience is Essental.
- Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
- Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
- Oversee and work with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Delivering progress reports to the Construction Manager
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Good problem solving skills
