Explore the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Residential SubdivisionCivil Works to support our in-house Civil Subdivision Works. 

Some of the key accountabilities will be:

• You will be involved in a range of complex land subdivision challenges and responsible for managing project stakeholders including Local Government, consultants, utility service agencies and civil contractors
• An understanding of the land subdivision process, from design through to construction and registration of titles;
• Assisting the Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance in accordance with Australian Standards
• Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and SWMSs.
• Monitoring performance of subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
• Reporting and mitigating any subcontractor performance issues
• excellent understanding of OH&S, environment and quality to ensure compliance and pro-actively manage project risks and issues.

Qualifications and Experience requirements:-

• Formal Civil Engineering qualifications
• Ideally have 3+ years civil subdivision knowledge and experience within Australia. 
• Experience with Private residential Developer/Builder in NSW
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work across several project
• Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Be driven and want to progress your career
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia
