Explore the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Residential SubdivisionCivil Works to support our in-house Civil Subdivision Works.
Some of the key accountabilities will be:
- You will be involved in a range of complex land subdivision challenges and responsible for managing project stakeholders including Local Government, consultants, utility service agencies and civil contractors
- An understanding of the land subdivision process, from design through to construction and registration of titles;
- Assisting the Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance in accordance with Australian Standards
- Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and SWMSs.
- Monitoring performance of subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
- Reporting and mitigating any subcontractor performance issues
- excellent understanding of OH&S, environment and quality to ensure compliance and pro-actively manage project risks and issues.
Qualifications and Experience requirements:-
- Formal Civil Engineering qualifications
- Ideally have 3+ years civil subdivision knowledge and experience within Australia.
- Experience with Private residential Developer/Builder in NSW
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work across several project
- Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Be driven and want to progress your career
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia
