Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) is an integrated transport infrastructure and precincts planning project that will deliver a 90km rail line linking every major train service from the Frankston Line to the Werribee Line via Melbourne Airport, as well as investment in the suburbs, better connecting Victorians to jobs, retail, education, health services and each other. Suburban Rail Loop Authority (SRLA) is the statutory body established to plan all elements of the project, procure builders, develop structure planning for SRL Precincts and oversee construction and the other changes that will help transform Melbourne and Victoria.

About the opportunity
SRLA is seeking to engage Project Engineers to work on the Suburban Rail Loop Project. The role will call on Project Engineering experience in public infrastructure projects, and will involve working in cross functional teams, interacting daily with multiple disciplines including engineering, construction, planning, environment, community, and stakeholder relations. The applicant must have excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience and the ability to forge strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will be a highly focused and driven person who is passionate about contributing to the delivery of public infrastructure, working within a high-performing project team to drive exceptional outcomes. You will be a qualified Engineer with experience working within large infrastructure projects, preferably rail. You will enjoy a fast paced, performance focused workplace where you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and develop your career.
