This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the project procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and manage medium and short-range construction programs.Design management and coordination.Client management and liaison.Procurement of tender packages and preparation of subcontract agreements.Review and sign-off of subcontractor claims and variations.Preparation of cost forecasts and manage cost controls/reporting for designated work areas.Implementation of project EHS and quality plans and project management plan requirements.To be successful, you will need:3-6 (or more) years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale construction projects.Previous on-site construction delivery experience, looking after major trade packages.Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc).Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.About Lendlease:At Lendlease we create award-winning urban precincts, new communities for older people and young families just starting out, retail precincts, and workplaces to the highest sustainability standards.
