AddressAs a Site Engineer, you will provide estimating and project support, compiling necessary tender or quotation documentation as directed. Additionally, you will assist with project setup to ensure smooth execution.

Core Responsibilities:
- Assist Estimators with detailed and accurate measures of resources, material quantities, and associated costs.
- Compile necessary tender or quotation documentation within specified timeframes.
- Ensure completion of standard forms and process documentation.
- Develop procedures, forms, and templates to streamline tender preparation.
- Compose estimates, proposals, and calculate costings.
- Review tender documentation and identify key issues.
- Co-ordinate subcontractors & suppliers as directed by the Project Manager.
- Maintain project documents and quality records.
Commercial Responsibilities:
- Exercise diligence in fiscal management.
- Manage contracts to ensure the company receives full entitlements.
- Monitor subcontractor performance.
- Prepare project budgets and business cases.
- Negotiate commercial terms of engagement.
- Contribute to scenario planning exercises.
Position Specific Competencies:
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
Experience:
- Strong mathematical ability.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
