Project Estimator

Your Company
This is a real opportunity for an Estimator to join one of the most successful and progressive construction companies in QLD. As a result of their continued success they are in need of an Estimator to join their ranks and provide further experience and energy to their already highly proficient team. They consider their staff their most valuable asset and invest a lot of money back into development and training and as a result they have one of the most efficient and professional construction teams in the company.
Your Position
To be successful in this role you will have recent experience working as an Estimator pricing a wide variety of projects with a proven track record of winning new work (either as a team or individually). You will have the opportunity to work on boutique projects up to $30M in value.
You will have experience working on hard dollar, D&C and negotiated tenders. Attitude is key and your exemplary work ethic will be in good company.
You will report into the Estimating Manager.
Your Experience and Qualifications

• Must have recent experience as an Estimator working on hard dollar, D&C and negotiated tenders.
• Cost planning or quantity surveying experience
• Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub contractors alike
• Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
• Tertiary qualifications are desirable however there is no substitute for experience and longevity within a company
