Our producing mining operations of Beta Hunt and Higginsville are supported by two processing facilities, one on site at Higginsville and our Lakewood plant located in Kalgoorlie, providing a combined processing capacity of 2.6Mtpa.

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Help drive discovery and resource growth through the identification and development of exploration and resource definition targets from analysis of historical data, geology/structural reviews, geochemistry, geophysical data, drilling results and mining optimisation studies
- Prepare, manage, and report on exploration and resource development programs including but not limited to AC, RC and DD drilling, geophysical surveys, geological field mapping and surface geochemical sampling
- Interpretation of 3D orebodies for resource modelling
- Design and implement mine planning drilling activities and data capture (metallurgical, geotechnical, and waste characterisation)
- Interpret a wide range of geochemical and geophysical datasets for target generation
- Understand AC, RC and DD drilling methods including timely and accurate collation of geological data (including QAQC) and reports
- Mentor Exploration Geologists and Field Assistants
- Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required
ABOUT YOU
- B.Sc. Degree majoring in Geology
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Archean gold exploration with demonstrated exposure to Project-level activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in 2D and 3D software packages such as QGIS and Leapfrog
- Proficient computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills with a can-do, team-oriented attitude
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Current “C” Class Western Australian driver’s licence
- Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
