Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has a forecasted 10+ year mine life producing over 200,000 Au Ozs for the first five years of production. Construction of the mill has recently been completed, with first gold pour completed in CY Q4 2023.
Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks the project in advance of underground production. The operation is an industry stand out with strong financial and ESG metrics underpinned by the exceptional grade of the project.
The Bellevue Gold Project is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and development of major gold mines.

This role is responsible for providing support to regional exploration targeting and field programs.
This position is offered on a full-time basis, working at our Bellevue Gold Office in West Perth.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Designing, planning, budgeting and implementation of exploration mapping, sampling and drill programs; inclusive of sampling and assay protocols
- Supervision of exploration drilling programs, including providing training and assistance to new geologist/field staff.
- Geological logging and sampling of regional exploration AC, RC, and diamond drill programs.
- Effectively communicate exploration outcomes through the compilation of technical reports on exploration activities
- Full compliance with all DEMIRS requirements around POW, rehabilitation, and heritage policy.
- Ensure the maintenance and implementation of the safety management plan and compliance with all BGL systems of operation.
- Conducting geological interpretations and developing applicable exploration targets, including updated geology maps, regional structural model, summary geology report and presentation material.
- Assist with maintenance of all regional exploration data, historical and new, including ongoing validation of exploration datasets
Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies:
- Degree qualified in geology
- 5-10 years’ experience in exploration
- Solid software knowledge and data entry experience
- Proficient in technical writing, reporting and communicating of technical data to relevant parties as required
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- WA Manual drivers licence
- 1st Aid training and 4WD experience desirable
