Project Geologist Discovery   Join us as we unlock the geological secrets of the Kalgoorlie Gold Field   Northern Star is seeking a  Project Geologist - Discovery  to join our team in the heart of the Kalgoorlie Gold Field. As a Project Geologist within the discovery team, you will supervise safe, effective and efficient exploration with the objective to increase mineral resources on projects suitable to support Operational Life of Mine plans.   With a family-friendly residential 5/2 roster, working 10-hour days.  Your key responsibilities will include:
Plan, budget, and supervise the execution of exploration programs to test targets, define or upgrade mineral resources.
Supervise and mentor Graduates, Geologists and Geological Technicians.
Supervise contractors and suppliers engaged in exploration activities on the project area.
QAQC monitoring and validation of exploration results.
